Haybine Revisited

The Haybine from Hell is gone for now. I put the finishing touches on it today. Then I hooked it up to the 400 and knocked down a few hundred feet of grass in the field. Went and parked it and called the neighbor. I told him it was done but wouldn't be able to drop it off till tomorrow. He sent one of his boys over to get it so it was gone when I got back. He said I can use it whenever I want, just have to decide if I want to!! I cut out the whole bottom plate. It was hardly 1/8 inch and I replaced it with a solid 1/4 plate. I plug welded an angle to the bottom to stiffen it up some. I did extensive re fabrication of the hitch tube because the top pin bushing was destroyed. All in all it was a real PITA but it is done.

well you would have to cross that big lake,I'm in NW Wisconsin, the pay would be bad but the beer is always cold,or do you hillbillies in Ohio drink whiskey, got some of that too, have a good one.

Beer is just fine. Do you have any Moose Drool?? It was my favorite from the bar by Red Power in Madison. Probably be a while till I make it that way though. You'll probably just have to fix it yourself. That one would probably still be broke if it was mine!!

Looks like a beer can hay special. Check out the bat reels and the lean bar. Tine bars are prolly bent to hell also.
Neighbor is pretty smart. He knows it will break and the borrower will fix it.
