I have a JD #8 mower and want to mount it on my JD 630 tractor. I have brackets for an A, B, 50, 60 etc. but I want to put it on my 630. The parts numbers from the JD #8 manual are AH 11536 H and AH 11535 H and they will fit 530, 620, 720 etc. Any chance someone might know where I can locate a pair of these? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I tried "dryfitting" them on the tractor and it seems what is called the right hand appears to fit better on the left side of the tractor and vice-versa. To be sure, I ordered a #8 JD mower ops manual. I was under the impression that right and and left hand was standing behind the implement. When it comes to sickle bar mowers is there a difference? Any assistance is appreciated.

Did you get everything fitted up and working?

I agree with you right and left would be if you are stading behind the mower looking forward.

Hello, Bob, I havn't gotten them bolted to the tractor because of the previous reason(s) in my last communication. I would find it hard to believe that perhaps that part numbers that written on each part with a marking pen would be opposites. What I notice is the part that is supposed to fit on the right hand side is of thicker metal than the one that goes on the left hand side. I figured it was like that because the weight of the mower & cutterbar is on the right hand side-as soon as I receive my owners manual from JD Publications, I'll have the answer I'm seeking. Thanks again.

1. Get rid of the spaces and drop the "H" from the end of the numbers, making AH11535 abd AH11536.

2. Go to the website linked below and verify they have them by calling them. The on-line search says they have 2 of each, but verify by phone to be sure. They can also direct you to one of their resellers near you. You then agree on price and terms with the local reseller and get them ordered. (They won't sell direct to you.)
