The twin tie arm are in the Tie Postion and will not come back to home postions. is there a way to get them to come back there is fluid in the pump. we were testing and greaseing for the first baling.

Lock tailgate in closed position. Raise tension arm to where one can see 3+ in window on RH side of baler. Engage pto,raise pto speed to at least 400-450 rpms and pull yellow rope. Twine arm should return to home position if ALL SPRINGS are in place on tying mechanism and drive belt isn't worn out.

Do you have an operators manual????? ????
