That's not the way I remember

336 replaced by 337 both twine or wire with 3 hay dogs but 337 had wider pu

346 replaced by 347 both twine or wire with 6 hay dogs but 347 higher cap

327 came in twine only with narrower pu than 337

The 337 is the old 346 baler. The 336 became the new 327 baler and the 347 was the only real new baler in the line.

337 is newer model

The 337 has a wider pickup than the 336. There are also some improvements on the knotter.

The knotter changes I think are the twine disc is easier to adjust (no clue how to on my 336) and possibly the twine knives bolted instead of rivits.
