Square baler broken knotter help UPDATE

Ok.. the bracket has been discontinued. I had him check the other models that are similar. They all are the same part number. So I will have to go the used route there. There is a canadian place that says they have a new one but I am not sure I need a new one of those.
As far as the 'flowered looking thing', it is a disk assembly and they are still available. The cost is $155 bucks. So what does the disk assembly do? Is that what tensions the twine?

the flower looking thing holds the string as the hay is fed into the bale shute. If they are too wore the string will pull out and you'll miss. This happens on mine if I feed to fast or windrows are too big. 155 is alittle high but still cheaper then a new baler.
