Whats the difference between a number 2 and a number 4 lil wonder plow?

farmallguru: Age is the main difference, along with some improvements on the no.4. The no.2 was built prior to 1932 and no.4 after 1932.

The levers are a bit different, clutch lift is much improved. If you trying to determine which you have, do you have a photo or some part numbers. I have a decent IH parts book on both plows. Try and get part number off a beam, I know those are different.

I know rubber tires became an option on the no.4, but that probably didn't happen until the late 30s.
