14T Baby Bales Problem

This is my second season using a 14T for small squares. I make about 750 bales a year, 200 or so at a time. Last year I had a few (1 or 2 per 200 normal) mini-bales mixed in each time I baled. The last time that I cut this year they seemed to be more frequent, maybe every 10-15 bales. I always assumed that I was just hitting chuck holes and tripping the knotters but I know that wasn't the case this time. The little things are cute (toddler sized) but I'd just as soon not waste the twine.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Too much air in LH tire or hitting a hole at same time it trips to tie. Also the measuring arm can just drop and then pop back up a little. Later JD balers had a spring to help hold measuring arm down.
