i'm having troubles with a baler I bought last year, but didn't use the thrower till this year. the thrower was disabled so the bales just fell on the ground. now i'm finding there is probably a reason why it was disabled..as in it wasn't working.
everything seems fine with the thrower, except I can't get the belt to align from the flywheel to the idler wheel to the pulley/shaft wheel. I see where the belt has run for years on the flywheel. I found the idler wheel mount was bent and found cracked welding etc. that I fixed so it now aligns where it should over the flywheel. but the pulley on top (drives the shaft that drives the thrower) seems like its 2 inches out of align from where it seems it should be...again looking at those wear lines. Its too close to the housing and the belt now goes all the way on the flywheel against the housing.
so how do I move the pulley out 2 inches to complete the alignment?
if i use this for reference:

it would be under DRiVESHAFT/SHIELD..part number 22/23 forms the pulley wheel.
