NH 311 serial number

Just wondering if someone had the serial number breaks for the New Holland 311 square baler. The serial number on mine is 750839. I"ve looked on the net but can"t find anything on these balers as far as the SN"s. Thanks for any help!
 
It's a nice day in Mn. right? The 311 started in
1981 tho for the 1982 season. The 565 replaced it
built in '88 for 1989 season. Yours is a late one
as the last s/n that we sold was 788815. Yours
was probably sold in '88. Our first was s/n
650932 '82, 660684 '83/84, 682133, '85/86,
737533 '87, 754768 to our last sale 788815 for
'88/'89 season. Balers were never sold by year
and just like cars usually production was early
fall for next season. In the '80's (bad years)
there was usually some carryover and poss some
years there were no new ones produced? I never saw a s/n guide as there was with tractors. Did I
confuse you. Chuck
 
Email or call New Holland. When I was looking at balers I emailed them serial #s and they got back to me within 3 days with the production year.

Thanks for the information and no it wasn't confusing!! Yes it was a very nice day here yesterday, 48F I think is the highest I saw! Thanks again
