If the blade is mounted on the saw. and Im standing in front of it, as if operating it. and a certain tooth leans, say, to the right, do I sharpen it so that the left side of that tooth is higher up than the right side? Also. Does both sides of a tooth need to be sharpened? I had it sharpened at a shop, and they sharpened both sides. Dont know if I ever saw that done before/ ALSO. Does anybody have any sharpening tools for a buzz saw blade for sale??

Yes you sharpen both sides. Remember the the teeth alternate left and right - So you would sharpen one tooth to the left and the next one to the right. Also the amount of set is dependent on the RPM's.
I have sharpened them with a small highspeed grinder but a good 8" or 10"mill bas---d file does a much better job. It's like a chain saw you need to get the angle just rite. Good Luck

You have to sharpen the face and the top of the tooth.5 degree angle on both.Saws should be machine sharpened once a year.Touch up can be done with a 12 inch mill file.Hand filing gets the saw out of round and the angles wrong. Most cordwood blades are messed up and need much work to cut well.If you follow what the shop did you can do a fair job.The right side of a right set tooth should be higher.Hard to see a 5 degree angle.

36 coupe, got a question......

I know sawmill blades have to be "hammered" for RH or LH lead. I wouldn't think that buzz saw blades have to be hammered or do they?

Cordwood saws do not have to be hammered.Hammering produces a dish effect in the saw plate. When the blade is up to speed it straightens out.Hammering saw blade is a skill that takes years to get good at.A saw that is not hammered right will flutter when it heats.
