The original subject was "NH 320 chamber feeder mod".

I know this is an older thread but I am having the same problem out of my 320. I would like to make the same upgrade you did. If you don't mind me asking how much did it cost and is everything I need in the list of parts you gave?

I think all parts are listed. Don't remember the cost...I'll dig out the receipt and see what it was tomorrow. I hope when yours went out it didn't damage the aluminum square tube the feed tines bolt onto. That is the only part you use from the old set-up. My email is open if you want to converse. I'll give you my phone number via email. I would never go back to the old style.

Thanks. I called my dealer yesterday and got a price. Looks like it will cost me about $400.00 for everything.

That's less than half the price of fixing it the other way.

The rails the wheels run in will be too long and stick out the side of the baler...cut off the extra when you see how much rail you need. I posted a pic of the rails and it's 35 inches to the end of the rail and level with the lip you bolt it to and slightly below it. Pics worth a thousand words. As you can see it's only 2 bolts per rail that hold it in and don't forget to remove the chain and arm that drove the old housing that all the rollers ran in. As you can see you will mount the new roller and feed tine assembly to the original square tube. Start of every season you will have to replace the plastic covers on the rollers
