Hi all,
Rookie farmer here, I have a lot of chickens and am hoping to get the cost of feed down by not buying any but growing some myself. My chickens are free range but still get fed feed so I assume I don't have to give
them anything abundant with nutrients and stuff since they get most of their organic material right from the ground. I'd like to grow wheat, barley, and if I can, a blend of millet for them to eat. I am also looking for a
combine, possibly an old gleaner or John Deere. Would I be able to harvest wheat, barley, and millet all at once with one of these old machines? I assume I can do both wheat and barley but millet is where I'm a bit
confused
