I am trying to install the chain under the seat for the cylinder speed and I cant seem to put it on. Is there a tensioner or something that could loosen up so I could put the chain on? The issue I am having is, it's to short. But I know I have the right amount of links. If anybody could help me by explaining what to do, I would greatly appreciate it.

The must be some sort of tensioning thing or sprocket to put in the relaxed position. I dont know that combine , just suggesting.

Wow thats pretty sad if you dont know the connecting king link has to come apart , but, when u but a new chain thdd red connecting link is never connected to the new chain. Be nice if h explained the problem if having. Putting a chain on is pretty easy stuff. And in hard to reach places you just connect the new chain to the old chain and pull it around.

If ot is like an 8820,you need to loosen and move up or down the shaft in front.of the engine to remove the chain
