A few pictures of some family spreaders over the years The black and white pictures are my maternal Grandpas spreaders. My paternal Grandpa had a john deere H spreader, but I don't have any pictures of it. Dad hauled with a cut off grain truck for a few years before getting the 450 farmhand he bought in the early 80's and later he got the 195 new holland.

Got a horse drawn spreader like the new one in your picture, wish mine looked that nice. I remember Grandpa having a new Case T-6 2 wheel spreader and a dolley on the front to ride on and pulled by his team.

Those pictures are very interesting! Where was the location The dealer I worked for sold the Hawk built for a few years. In the south half of our township 3 people haul manure and 2 of those are liquid hog manure

An interesting progression of machines, thanks for that!

A nice assortment.

About the only thing missing was that JD trolly loader thing they had for a while, on the back of a tractor for loading.
