Moving the separator clutch ring did the trick, picked some today and it did great with no slippage!!

Had one other question, I noticed my cylinder 2 rib belt was half on half off the big cylinder pulley, i put it back on and after a week it was back half off again. I noticed the idler was at a slight angle, I was able to move it back and forth some, I see the parts book shows a bearing in the middle of the pulley with a bolt through it, do ya think a new bearing would correct the problem???

Good deal.

New bearing would be the place to start for sure. Belts are expensive and more work to change out than expected, so I would get after it....

No. The trouble is there's a greasable bushing in the end of the idler arm which wears. The way the spring pulls on the arm exacerbates the problem. I have found that new parts don't necessarily get it right. So you do whatever you have to do to get it straight. Maybe bend the arm a little.

Those 2 little bushings... yea new bushings doesnt seem to make it track new again....

He said he had a bearing, he probably meant those bushings? I havent had a K so wasnt sure what he was dealing with.
