Tr75 Issue Still Lingers

In response to my issue with the TR75 combine, when i start the machine the hose that connects the pump to the reservoir gets sucked in and no hydraulics will work, i ordered a new dipstick, put it in but still have the same problem, i removed the dipstick, started it back up and still the same problem. I honestly don't know where to go from here, if for some reason the machine has too much hydraulic fluid could that cause my issue? The combine worked great a month ago, i started it a couple weeks ago and this issue popped up, guess the old gleaner will have to harvest some this year!

Either there's a screen/strainer/filter in the tank that's clogged/needs to be replaced or cleaned or the rubber suction hose is rotten/limp and needs to be replaced.

The hose was from New Holland and put on a few months ago and i cleaned the screen in the bottom of the tank when i changed the oil back in the
spring, i hope i don't have to drain all the fluid again.

The breather cap is vented, it would still do the same thing even with the breather cap out of it. Funny thing is this problem did not surface until a few weeks ago, machine worked great up until then. I'm wondering if that hose was supposed to have a spring in it, part number shows it is the right hose.

Finally found what was giving me trouble, i drained all the hydraulic fluid and removed the tank screen, it was caked in sludge. Good reason for things not to work, i put my fingers through the hole and that sludge is on the bottom of the tank. How can i get it all out? Kerosene and a shop vac? The combine is on a slight grade so anything poured in the tank will run to the tank screen hole. If i don't get alot out the screen will stop up again.
