Does the separator have to be engaged in order to use the transmission to move the combine . Any other info on this combine would be appreciated. Thanks DTK
Ps. This combine is a steering wheel style. Thanks again.
 
I have a 91 which would be a different steering type, but i think the same drive. On it the machine itself doesnt
need to be in gear, BUT the drive does through the variable speed in which case the cylinder is actually in gear when
you drive it but the header, feeder house, straw walkers, etc are not.
