McCormick Deering No 8 Combine- Large project

Hello all! I have a McCormick Deering No. 8 combine that I'm looking for more information on. I think this was a horse drawn unit made until 1927?

The combine has a Waukesha engine that is currently stuck. When I'm done playing with it, I'll probably sell it. I picked up another Waukesha that turns freely. Worst case scenario, I can swap this motor with the other. If anyone has any information on these combines, please let me know.
