Back in 2008 I sold my Ohio owned gleaner F3 to a person up in Michigan, not sure location. It would be nice to see it today. Sure miss the old combine. Wish I had kept it for a spare. Anyone know where abouts please drop me an email. Thanks

Could have made it into Canada....I bought an M3 in 2005 that our local dealer got from Iowa.

That is possible, i am hoping someone on here knows the location and owner of it now. I actually bought it in Adair Iowa back in 2003 time frame.

I had a JD 4420 that I traded to the local Deere dealer 14 years ago. A fellow 10 miles west of me bought it. Last fall I recognized a picture of it and the serial number on Mowrey's auction in Illinois. Guess he got tired of it

The way your's looked I would to. I might've kept the 4420 if I'd had shed space. I didn't want it setting out. I knew the fellow that bought it and he isn't a person that takes care of his machinery. So I really didn't want it back only to have to rebuild it.

I understand the issue with space, combines take up a large portion of a machinery building. I have been wishfully thinking I could come across it but most likely I will not see it again. It was a good machine but I out grew it and needed to move up in size.

My new 1983 model F3 stuck in November 1983..I was mudding out double crop beans...It didn't rain all summer but it sure rained all fall...Its no fun mudding out 15-20 bu beans..That F3 was a nice running machine..

Oh that would have been nice to have bought one new, do you still have it.. what a muddy mess

I lost all my family rented ground in 1985 and let the AC dealer have it.....Things were so bad in my area that I couldn't even find anyone to just take over the payments...It was worth more than was owed on it....New stuff sat on dealers lots for 3 years..The 1980's were brutal in my area with 7 bad weather years from 1980-86 to go with 20% interest..The mud was terrible around here in 1981,1983,1985,and 1986....Lots of crops were lost in 1986..

That was a difficult time, I remember local dealer had two 1987 f3?s on the lot that took two years and a heavy discounts to sell.
