9600 with 25' head hoe do I get the pods out of ben, there is just a lot of trash in ben settings are 450 cyl speed, 3 on the concave, fan 1050 wide open, sives front one shut, back are 3/8 and 5/8

I run a 9610 not sure if this will help mess with the concave that seems pretty tight open it up little by little to see if that cleans it up.
Slow the cylinder down also in small increments to not less than around 350
I think you are grinding everything up and overloading the sieves with trash.
The straw this time of year if dry or frozen will basically explode and disintegrate as it moves through the machine.
Just my thoughts.

When we ran a 96 with a 30' head we had to keep our ground speed up to keep cylinder full to thrash the beans.( should say in short beans) Might try to close the sieve a little more to send some more up the return. Beans this year seemed hard to get the pods out. The best luck I had was using the old 7720 with the hard surfaced trimpe bars and closing the bottom seivr all the way.
