Are there any left out there that still work?
I was daydreaming the other day of how to make my work easyer and thought that a NH707 would be fun wouldn't have to unhook and rehook all the time, just leave the wagon on the unit when I fill silo.
I have a one man farm any way so a few less steps the better.

Saw one for sale in the Lancaster (PA) Farming newspaper back in October. $650, excellent condition, so said the ad. Looked decent in the picture. I have seen them show up on used machinery lots in eastern PA once in a while. I'd like to have one myself, but don't have anywhere to keep it at the moment. I want to get the silo back into use to feed some steers. Got a good old belt-drive blower and pipe tucked away, but still need the chopper and a good smaller front-unload wagon or two.

I have a NH707 and really like it. I fill a 20x56 bunker silo and can chop and unload a load about ever 30 minutes by myself. It seems I spend most of my time packing the silage. This year I used a NH TS90 4WD to chop and unload and never got stuck or needed to be pulled up on the pile. I shortened the pto shaft on the wagon and only need to get off to connect it to the back of the chopper.I' ve been thinking about running the wagon with a hydralic motor but I'm usually done in a couple of days and figure I'll work on that next year.
