The haylage is baled and a layer of plastic netting is wrapped around whilst inside the bale chamber.

The net wrapped bale is passed onto the rear wrapping table where the layers of plastic film are wrapped around - whilst the main chamber is rolling the next bale. All done on the move.

Then you stop the tractor for a few seconds to eject the wrapped bale onto the ground. All the controls are done with magic box inside the cab.

The film is strong enough to not be punctured by the stubble and can be moved with front loader to the stack.

If a person were to have this haying system to do oeganic hay custom baled , any idea of the cost per bale?

I've seen McHale's ad in TH, half page, usually. I can see it being used for sileage, but I would say it is too expensive for plain grass. I still use twine for the plain stuff, not even netting.
