Any antique combines left?

Looking for a usable antique combine in east central Illinois and the surrounding area. Don't need one, but I would like to have one. I started in a JD 9600 and I never got to experience harvest the way Grandpa did it. If they're all gone from this area I'd settle for watching someone else use an antique combine!

Missed a nice looking JD 40 on ebay last week. It was a hot day and I was nervous about the cattle, the fact that the auction ended at 8:00 slipped my mind and someone else bought it.

If anyone has heard of a decent old self propelled machine coming up on an auction or has one for sale privately, Id like to hear about it. Cab or no cab I don't mind. Partial to JD and Oliver equipment but I'd consider about anything. Thanks

I've got a '58 JD 55 round back in western colorado thatI would let go.It was my first combine, bouhgt in '79.drove it home in January(50 miles-no cab)later added cab and corn head.sold it in 84,bought it back in '90,sold it again in 94;got it back again in '10
(saved it from the scrapper). If you promise not to scrap it,I would let it go.

Thanks for the reply DeltaRed. If it were closer, Id be interested. Id like it if I could find something within (combine) driving distance.
