find someone who does know about the 4420 to look at it with you and go over it really well. Our dealership has a customer service rep who will do that sort of thing. The money spent with him is very well spent for us. He knows the machines inside and out. I don't make a major investment unless he looks over it. If the machine is really in good shape (augers, hydrostat, other major wear parts, etc.) then no the price doesn't sound too bad. Beware of combines that appear well kept, but have had maintenance neglected due to the fact that they know they will be selling it soon. The maintenance part is what is going to cost you the most. We spend most of the summer working on ours every year. I included my email if you have more questions. Good luck BH
