Old Snapper

I just picked up a Snapper rear engine rider, Model #26083S, Serial # 9?167081. I would like to know when it was made. Is there a number list anywhere? thanks, Dennis

I would hope you are going to make it right again! They are a handy rider to keep around. I have an '83, and an older one than that, and they still run and mow and tow well. Can't help you on the numbers, but somebody here probably can and will.

Yes I want to get it running, and use it. I did find out it is pre 1982. It has sat at least 15 years. I think all it needs, is the fuel system cleaned. Dennis
