Model Series 760 starts chocking out after approx. 10 mi

Have a Huskee model 760 series rider. after approx. 10 -15 min. mowing, starts chocking out, stalls. With blades OFF, starts up, runs fine UNTIL blade engagement. Checked the STUPID, WORTHLESS PTO safety switch and found lever was not cleanly connecting with swith button. Bent lever a little, put everything back together.. Drove around quite a while engaging and dis-engaging blades several times. Started mowing, about 10 min. started choking out.. I cleaned & put in NEW Carb kit, New air filt. Cleaned Mag & flywheel, checked air gap, New spark plug ( Old looked fine ). New fuel filter. I CHECKED AND CLEANED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE !!!!!!!!!! Started right up, ran fine, ran about 10 min. and started chocking out. PLEASE ANYBODY WITH IDEAS HELP SAVE ME FROM GETTING OUT MY CUTTING TORCH !!!!!!!! I have taken parts from 5 mowers too make 1 and used for over a year and sold too a friend. THIS HUSSKE S DRIVING ME NUTS.
Thanks

Look in the tank for debris. If you have air, gently blow backward through the fuel line from the filter toward the tank (cap off) to see if
anything is lodged in the fuel line.

Sometimes the cap gasket rots and parts of it fall into the tank.

Try running with the fuel cap loose, in case the cap vent is not working.

Sounds like a problem with the gas flow. If carb has a needle
and float, make sure the float is at the right level and that it
is not full of gas from a hole. I had one that after a few
minutes would cut out. Found that when the tank got half full
there was not enough pressure to fill the bowl. Turned out to be
a float and needle issue. Also, check the fuel lines as I had a
mower that would go for an hour and then die. Changed the fuel
pump but still had the same problem. Finally, checked the fuel
lines and found that one had the inside lining come apart and
clog the flow. Another issue that came up was where the gas line
wound around the motor and would vapor lock after getting very
warm. I had to add some protection to that part of the line.
