Cub Cadet lost power

While running the Cub Cadet, it just died. I thought it was the battery. Battery has power, and the key doesn't operate the starter. I was reading of a safety switch. The machine isn't old. Any ideas where to start looking? Stan

Most now days have 2 or 3 of them stupid safety switches. Clutch, blade and seat. Blade has ot be in the neutral position and the clutch down and you sitting on it

Also check the ground wire. Mine came loose and lost all 12 volt power, Gary.
