I have a 446 case and a 446 Ingersoll, A guy close to my area has a 48" snowcaster from a 222, will it fit and operate properly on either or both of my 446's?

Negatory on the ingersoll,

The ingersoll PTO spins in reverse with respect to the case units. The blower will fit but will spin backwards. You would have to come up with some weird harold there to get the blower to spin correctly

The 400 series and 200 series are fully interchangeable on the implements, with some implements not recommended on 400 units but still possible. The snowcasters are interchangeable between 400 and 200 series.

Well here again one has to date the tractors when Ingersoll bought out Case the tractor were the same for the first few years so it depends on the engine installation and orientation
