Replacing JD 345 drive belt?

The drive belt is shot on my 345. Not bad - 2nd one in 25 years. It looks like a real PITA to replace - is it? Sure I took it to the dealer the last time it needed to be replaced.

I haven't done one for a LONG time, but don't remember it being remarkably difficult.

I'll bet there's lots of "how to" videos on the topic on Youtube, have you checked there?

No to u tube yet, but I did think about that. Wanted to see if there was anyone who knew for sure.

The one on a 325 is a pain,remove the deck and the belt guards,the rest is where it gets hard.
