Dixon ZTR 7025

Our engine failed on our 7025, we took to a local Toro Dealer who also works on other makes. They tore down engine and found one of the connecting rods broke in half. It was cheaper to buy a brand new engine
so we bought and installed a Kohler CV740. The Dealer gave us the 7025 back with the engine in pieces and, we've found, some missing pieces. We had to weld a bracket on the frame to hold the electric clutch
for the mower engagement, had to weld because everything else I tried failed due to vibration. This is one of the pieces missing. I have also noticed the belt to the mower vibrates/flops around like crazy
(does not come off the pulleys) which I'm guessing is why all the other methods I tried to hold the clutch failed. Does anyone have a 7025 that they could post some photos of the underside of a 7025 showing
the electric clutch retainer set up/mounting and any bracketry that would keep the mower belt from vibrating/flopping around so much? Any thoughts on the belt vibration would be appreciated as well. I've
checked the clutch (brand new) and all the pulleys, they seem to be in good shape with no bearing issues. Thank you.

i will look in the manuals i have. you should not have had to weld to hold the clutch they usually are a bolt on bracket ,i probably still have one

no it should not a whole lot. you can also go to jack small engine type in your dixon model and it will bring up all the parts manual pages you can look at see what you need to fix issue etc,
