2019 stihl fs 56 trimmer

hey everyone hope all is well and safe.

if this isnt the right forum please guide me to the proper one, thanks. if not my buddy has a 2019 fs 56 trimmer he took apart his recoil assembly (his is kind with a torx bolt not a spring clip) and lost the piece in between that mates the pulley and the piece that locks into turn the motor over. (sorry for the lack of proper terms for parts) the you tube link if you go to 2;51 that piece on the screen is what i am talking about(i will attach picture as well), in between or behind that jagged plastic piece there is a part, anyone know what that part is lol. thanks and my apologies for my improper terminology.

nah the rewind starter is the one with the circlip, my buddies has a torx bolt like the one in the picture i provided. and nothing in the
crankcase. i had seen those diagrams. i looked for a hour or so before i came on here to no luck other than the video and i was so excited
untill he says we dont have to take this bolt off lol. i was like dammit, i need to see whats under that lol. its not a big deal i can just
wait till monday to call dealer.

Unfortunately there was nothing to indicate the model number of the trimmer, part names or part numbers.

It appears that this diagram is the ergostart recoil starter.

It appears that the part number for the entire starter assembly is 4144 190 4013
