MF/Snapper 1650 Mower

I spent all winter installing a new B&S Vangaurd 16hp to replace the missing K-341 Kohler. Now that I have it up and running, I have discovered the lower main drive pulley on the mower is so worn the new belt slips. Has anyone come up with a solution or replacement for this plastic cogged pulley? I'm able to mow a 32" swath with the center and right blade, but would like to get the full 48" cut.

What does the pulley look like? it is possible I might have one. Dad was a Snapper dealer for over 20 years. I have his left over parts inventory.

The center pulley is a double. All three of them are black plastic with aluminum belt guides, about 48 teeth, use a 1" wide timing belt, are about 4" diameter, and the bore on all three is splined. I've not disassembled the mower yet to get exact measurements as I can still use it - it only cuts 32" now instead of 48". The three blades are all in-line; that's why they must use a timing belt to keep the blades from hitting one another.

Thank you for the lead, Greg. I won't know what that splined hub looks like until I remove the pulley(s). One thing for certain; they are very proud of them.
