I have posted in the past about my cub cadet 2160. I have now decided to sell it but have no idea what to ask? I realize how location and condition make a difference, just want a starting point. Thanks for any input. Jeff

At 25 yrs. old , if I remember right, the cub is just before the MTD takeover. With the blower, deck, weights, chains, new battery and rear ag tires, some extra parts and manuals , I may ask$650? Thats with hopes of getting 550-600. By the way, The green machine has approx. 1100 hrs. on it with no major problems. While on my less than golf course yard, I did bounce the motor mounts lose. Its an 03' and came with 3 seat options, I choose the middle , may have been better with the high end? I looked into up-grading to a Scag couple years ago, but at $800 trade-in value, I will run it til it dies.

With all the parts that you have I don't think 650 is out of line, especially if you have a bad snow storm and someone really wants the blower.

I believe it was made just after MTD bought the line, it is still a better mower than you could buy new.

agree total with you on run till it blows, go northern tool and get 350.00 milton full suspension seat,we put alot of those on lower dollars units and makes world of difference. you want easy ride unit go with ferris 2100 or 3200 series cadilaccs to ride scags in my area are still rough riders at least last unit we had in shop was.when we got deere ztr unit in on trade the only way we could ever get it resold was take to auction in march. even had one that had 5 hrs on it still could not move it it went auction, deere dealer bought it back. they sell tractors not much for ztr units

There's one listed on Binghampton NY Craigs List. Cub Cadet 1641 with mower deck and Snow blower attachment similar to yours, listed for $ 1,800.00.

New Cub cadets are just a cheap MTD mower. I would think $500 would be max with a snow blower and the deck.

I sold a 2185 in decent shape with a spare engine and a sprayer for 450 and a paint sprayer earlier this year.(nebraska) I would imagine that with the snowblower you could get around 500 for it? Not sure though.

Look on Craigslist and FB marketplace and see what others are asking.
