So I went out the start the tiller. It has sat all winter. It did not want to start till I poured some gas in the carb and the nit started. I till with it for a little bit then shut it down to check the oil in the transmission. It was hard to start then also but did get it started. Tilled another pass and it died and now it will not start. Guess I'll have to check the spark and carb tomorrow.

I'd take the bowl off the carb if it is a Kohler. They don't like those little drops of water rolling around on the bottom of the bowl.

8HP Kohler yes I know about the carb problem they have.. BTDT many times over the years but we have owned this tiller since 1972 and this is the 2nd engine. But I went out latter after it had cooled some and got it to start and did another 30 minutes of tilling
