Cub Cadet 1045 LTX ??

Tractor won"t start ... sounds like maybe the starter. Any ideas where to start?

We bought one real cheap that wouldn't start, wife googled it. Said the first thing to check is the wire to the headlights, shorts out, blows fuse. Taped wire, put in new fuse, started right up. Jumper the solenoid first to check starter.

Is the starter spinning and the engine won't turn over? If so, check the battery cables and see if the positive cable is indeed on the positive post on the battery.

You haven't washed it, have you? Sometimes those bendix start slipping when they are wet.

you mean it turns over no start, or do you mean you have no nothing, or you have a click that's it. need more info
