Wheelhorse blade on John deere

Has anyone mounted a Wheelhorse snow/dirt blade on a JD like a 212/214? Advantage to me would be the blade angle adjust from the seat. It looks like it could be done, wondered if anyone has tried. I am getting to old to climb off to readjust the angle all the time-- Thanks

No, but I put a cub blade on a Wheel Horse one time, lot of screwing around getting that right.
Do you already have a blade? the rear axle brkt? Wheel Horse axle is square, John Deere I think is round. I also wonder if the blade angle lever will somehow clear the JD foot rest.
I don't have my blade on now but if I remember I'll take a picture of it and the axle brkt. tomorrow.

Thanks, I have a B-100 now with blade. It works good but the JD has more foot room getting on/off. I hit the shifter on the WH with my foot, old guy problems---- Don't have a JD to compare the mounting brkts setup. Thanks again Nice looking Tractors.

You just need a newer Wheel Horse. Some where in the early 90s they put the shifter on the right side of steering wheel and hyd. lift lever on the left. My two newest ones are 1988s so I still get tangled up in the shifters.
