I have been contemplating purchasing a Kubota TG1860G for the last few months. I have researched the reliability of this tractor
and have been disappointed with the majority of reviews I have read. I have read that there have been hydrostat problems, belt
problems and engine problems such as a plastic engine gear that was faulty. Asking for any first hand experience among the viewers
of this website. Thank You.
 
I just know that I service several JD dealers in my 100 mile radius, and they all seem to have Kubotas on their used lots.(with lots of paint on the buckets)
 
Don't know about there lawn tractors and you don't say what you want it for. I have 2 compact (88,92) Kubotas I've had for 20 years and have had excellent (maintenance only) service out of. These 2 I use on my 3 acres. I also just bought a JD 1145 for $1,300 the cut 2 acres I maintain 20 miles from home. Unless your in a subdivision or something similar, I would get a better unit.

No idea. With a 6' deck, I doubt it. If I wanted to collect leaves with it, I would make another one of these. Over 35 years, this one has been on 3 different tractors.

1943 hrs. Runs like a top and everything works. Not much of an auction market for lawn mowers in Jan. Just have to keep your eyes open and be ready to spend.
