Looking to see if anyone has spare engine covers they would sell, looking for 10hp, 12hp, 14hp engine covers.

"Kohler engine covers'" is a pretty generic term.

If you can be a little more specific, look on fleabay for the various parts of the engine sheet metal.

I'm looking for the part that covers Flywheel area. Specifically for Case L&G Tractors.

According to tractordata.com Case garden tractors range from 7 to 18 horse power. Each of these is going to have a cover unique to it's own size. Without know model number or HP rating, no one can answer your question.

What model Kohler engine?

It would be really odd if Case or any other tractor
manufacturer ordered engines with unique sheet metal parts.
IF you have the old blower cover, there will be a Spec number
on the same tag or label as the serial number. Match that spec
number and you will have a replacement cover that works for sure.
