I have a B-110. I restored it as practice for the larger restorations that came later. I use mine as a regular mower and have for the past 6 or 7 years. Great mower. I paid $200.00 for mine and rebuilt the engine which smoked a bit but ran. Decent lawn and garden tractor.

This is one of those "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" things. Personally, I thing the older AC/Simplicity "foot dragger" type are fine tractors. Others think they are simply to old and outdated to be worth anything. If it's in decent shape and all the metal is there they make a fine rig. If it's messed up, it's value is in parts. Your call. You can get decals and new seating online.

Take care of and service right angle drive unit. It does have (positrack) of a type. Suggest looking at web site called simpletractorsdotcom which is Allis/Simplicity site as much info there.
