I have a 140 h1 that broke the drive shaft, when I pulled it a few feet and forgot to release the transmission I stoped and turned the knob to release it I fixed the drive shaft know it wont move forward or backward. I've checked everything and I cant figure it out any suggestions

There are release valves on top of that transaxle.
IF you're lucky one of them may be stuck down.
Remove the fender deck so you can see them, and remvoe the valve if it is stuck.
Check for more/better information on WFMachines.com.

Thanks I'll try that

How far and how fast did you move the tractor after releasing the transmission? You can destroy the hydro motor if you
pulled it any distance and speed beyond a slow walk!

About 100 feet at a slow walk
