Lawn mower will not start back up

So I was doing the manure and she was mowing. She hit a feed sack with the mower and killed the engine. I tried to restart it but it will not even try to start. This has always been a good starting push mower but not now. What are the chances the flywheel shear key has sheared?? B/S engine by the way on a cheap Wal-mart type mower

mower type, circumstances and symptoms sure match the sheared key diagnosis. Probably not totally sheared, just offset a bit, doesn't take much.

Blade is still as it should be but did have to pull the feed sack out of the blade area

Stupid thing just wanted me to grab the tools and then it started on the first pull after letting it cool down some so I guess I flooded it some how

I did not tip it over I pull the sack out of it by way of the grass catcher chute

Those little keys are very easy to shear. Take the cover off and then the flywheel nut. You will see if it is cut. Even partially cut will mess things up. By the way it is not a good idea to tighten that nut back down with your air gun. Many times I have sheared the new key. Use a really big socket wrench and block the blade with a wood block. Buy a pack of keys at your local carparts or tractor supply or such.

Guess you did not read the other posts. I let it cool off a bit and it fired right up on the first pull. I figured I flooded it
