Quieting Down Wisconsin Single Cylinder (AB, AKN etc)

I have a slew of Wisconsin AKN and AB powered equipment and as usual, the stock mufflers have not survived and I've replaced them with
similar fitting Briggs and Stratton 393010S type mufflers. I'm unsatisfied with their noise levels. Does anyone here have any actual
experience quieting down these Wisconsins?

Those you suggest MNGB, are much larger than the 3/4" Pipe Thread of the original and space is somewhat of a luxury...

Oh I must have older Wisconsin engines mine all have 1" outlets and require that size muffler sorry that didn't help
