I picked this up at an action. it will run with the brake in. if you let the brake out it will stop running, what is going on? is there a wire I can unplug to by pass the safty switch?

Check to see if the PTO is on - if so, turn it off. If you unplug any wires it will not start or run. Make sure all the safety switches are hooked up. Should be one on the shifter (neutral safety), one on the seat (operator presence), and the one on the PTO. Some times the switches get jostled out of position, too. You probably need a manual as well.

that usually means seat switch has issue or loose coupler. the more you bypass the more you will make trouble for yourself if you do not understand the wiring
