Hi all, I'm new to the forum and would appreciate any insight as to what I have here. I believe it to be a Bolens Husky 600, but am not familiar with these. It belonged to my late great uncle and my dad ended up with it after purchasing his estate. I've only gone as far as ensuring the engine isn't locked up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With a pipe frame, It probably is a Bolens. Its probably a homemade grille, probably homemade hood, too. I wonder about the engine, too.

There's bound to be a Bolens collector website or group or somewhere online you could get your question answered.

http://www.tractordata.com/lawn-tractors/tractor-brands/bolens/bolens-lawn-tractors-drive-sorted.html There is loads of info on the bolens tube frame tractors,,they were a good and reliable
work horse with many attachments for them if memory serves me many had wisconsen engines. they were real popular here in eastern penna, still see them at auctions.. i think there ws a free wheel pin to get it pushed around if your having trouble moving it with motor not running. i had several of them over the years, with my last one being a ht-20 .it was a hydro static trans and a 20 hp twin cyl motor and a 56 " deck it was a dozer!
