My Cub Cadet 2182 60” Haban deck has a couple of cracks. There is a crack on each bracket where the spring loaded pins are mounted on to lock into place on the mule of the tractor. The cracks both formed on the deck portion of the mounting bracket that contacts the deck.
My question is: should the rear deck wheels be lower to hold the weight of the deck or higher to put less pressure on those spring loaded mounting pins and brackets?
