Jeffcat or? Sometime back it was posted about Iridium plugs. What plug would 26hp briggs twin use? Thanks.Ed Will

The NGK Iridium Plugs are wonderful. The standard plugs are BPR6ES. The Iridium plugs are BKR6EIX-11. Look on Ebay and they come in 4 packs and larger quantities. If you can find them locally they go for $8.oo. Ebay is half 5hat price. Both of my Briggs V-Tech engines when you start them you can't let go of the key fast enough.

Per Jeffcatt's recommendation I bought several boxes of that plug off ebay

(https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Set-of-4-PCS-High-Performance-NGK-Iridium-IX-Spark-Plug-BKR6EIX-11-4272-USA/153039619246?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649)

and put them in 18, 20, 22, and a new Vanguard 26, BS V twins. With that and premium fuel they run and start a lot better and I have zero problems with them. Just change the oil once a year, usually use Mobil 1, 10-30, use additives in my fuel and run them hard.
