Hi, I bought a new carb for my 26hp briggs on Craftsman riding mower from amazon. $35. My grandson came this am and I helped him put it on. Runs like a top now. After lunch we put a new fan on the 26hp Poulan Pro. The front mounting bolts came loose and tilted the transaxle down and it ate the fan blades.
When we had the tuff torque transaxle out We see there is a little reservoir maybe 1/2 litre for oit and also a gearbox fill cap, that oil smelled like rotella. It was full. The reservoir was not. I put about a cup of 10/30 in it.
