Keep the deck, hang it on a wall if its in your way. The value of any lawn/garden tractor is in its capabilities so selling off the deck, or any attachment, reduces the overall value of the tractor by more than you would get for the attachment.

Get it sandblasted and paint it.. then hang it on a wall..
