K341-bore to ?

What is max one can bore out a K341 Kohler cylinder,
without blowing it up in normal mowing use. Thanks

You can bore a K301 to K321 but there's nothing for K341 except hot rod stuff and it
wouldn't be that reliable!!!! There are kits on E-bay for the regular overbore!

Ok, so if my K321 needs more then .030, I am out of luck ??

OK, I made a mistake on engine model number.

I am working on a K321! Wonder if it can go to
3.750 to handle a std K341 piston. It looks like already
passed .030 over std !! now a boat anchor ?

this from a popular K series engine building site:

a K321/M14 block could be bored for the K341/M16 piston, but doing this would make the cylinder wall about 1/8" thick, or the boring process could break through the cylinder wall without centering the boring bar with the cylinder wall. Therefore, I don't recommend doing this.

Can have it re sleeved and back to stock,but there's lots of K&M series blocks around.

If you have to rebuild...... most folks involved in GT pulling will tell you the best block to rebuild is the K301
