If you can't get link to work, just keep trying,in the past 3-4 wks my dialup dsl service has slowed to 14k-28k or just stopped working,I don't know if this is being caused by verizon, earthlink or aol,I haven't been able to get a straight answer out of any of them.

Verizon wants me to change over to their fios system & I won't so I don't if the're slowing me down, earthlink has connection issues that they won't admit to as I haven't been able to download my emails for two days & it sometimes takes 30 sec-2 min to connect to their ip site which transfers to aol which is slow connecting after leaving home pg,I don't know if its one or all three working against me,all I can say is keep trying link to see if you can connect.

I'm ready to dump the whole thing & goto satellite or cable.

Hi Hal,you're correct somehow the S slipped in there this morning(must have been thinking of toro manual/parts lookup).

Rosemary if you're still following goto link below, that's correct address.

Hal-as far as verizon,I only want their service for internet/phone,they can't even come close to my dish network plan as far as number of movie & other channels and price,I also have optium & comcast in may area offering cable internet/phone service and have to check out prices from them.Right now I have dialup with copper wire, its my understanding verizon dosen't want to be bothered maintaining this type of system, also they have a new policy as far as service on copper lines,if you have 2 service calls in 6 months they switch you over to fiber optic weather you want to or not.If you want to spend an unpleasent evening or two of reading goggle verizon fios+complaints, there's some real horror stories posted, the last thing I would ever do is give verizon my email address, bank account# or cc# not to mention their almost non-existant customer service/tech support.
